My holistic and comprehensive approach to wellbeing supports and stimulates your body’s ability to heal itself. In my practice, patient and doctor work together to unblock the path to true and lasting wellness.

You’re well taken care of, as I meticulously continue my lifelong study of immunology and healthy aging. I commit my practice to three things:

Having achieved my Master’s Degree in Nutritional and Nutraceutical Science at the University of Guelph, I followed my love of guiding people to their goals as a certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist.

Whether it’s to lose 40 pounds, feel energized, reduce pain, or build muscle and strength, the foundation to reaching and maintaining your healthy weight is much more than calorie counting.

That’s why I now study at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. I believe in working with the body’s natural systems to overcome stagnation, inflammation, sluggishness, and plateaus.

We all have what we need innately to achieve our target goals. Let me show you how to use your own body to do so – it’s a lot easier than you think!
