Healthy Aging vs Anti-Aging

I don’t believe in anti-aging. Aging is a natural part of life for us to embrace with the same grace we had as kids. I believe in healthy aging, and my practice is about two things: preventing the early onset of age-related conditions and reversing the signs of aging and the health concerns that cause them so that you can feel younger for longer.

Most of my patients see dramatic benefits from detoxing their life. They look and, more importantly, feel younger when they remove toxins from their lives. This program is free for all my patients so we can get to the deeper levels of your health sooner.

The first step to reaching both these goals is a hormone test. As we age, life triggers the production of stress hormones. An overabundance of stress directly affects the production of your sex hormones, which maintain the integrity of all every tissue surface in your body.

If we find that hormones are the cause of your troubles, we’ll explore Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy as an action plan. Hormones are chemical messengers that stimulate action in distant organs and tissues when introduced to the bloodstream. Hormones control and coordinate activities throughout the body, from basic needs like hunger to complex systems like reproduction, emotions, and mood.
